Le processus créatif de Gabriel est un dialogue constant avec la matière. Il travaille principalement à l'acrylique et à l'acrylique iridescente, et donne de la profondeur à ses compositions grâce à la pâte de structure (modeling paste). Une de ses signatures réside dans l'intégration du carton, qu'il sculpte et applique à la pâte, permettant à ce relief de s'intégrer harmonieusement à l'œuvre finale. Ses créations sont la manifestation concrète de son intériorité, un entrelacs de pensées et d'émotions qui prennent forme dans un jeu de couleurs vives et de reliefs palpables.
